UX / Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are someone who, when delving into a new web design project, can tackle the user interface and UX design portion with a creative purpose that makes others jealous. You are a jack-of-all trades designer who can visualize ideas in the form of websites, landing pages, creative documents, infographics, wireframes and much more.

You will be responsible for researching and producing all work that you put forward so don’t be afraid to surf the net and see what’s out there. You are able to see things others can’t and implement them efficiently and effectively. Inspiration comes from unlikely places and we encourage you to explore to your heart’s content and not be afraid to try something different.

All considered applicants will be responsible for the following:

• Research and define user goals, business needs and the best user experience practices.
• Create customized solutions for clients from translating insights and needs into an overall UX concept.
• Create prototypes and work closely with clients to further develop concepts into a functional scope.
• Develop information architectures and interaction designs while conducting usability evaluations.
• Conduct functionality analyses and communicate results with clients and the project team.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary setting, collaborating with digital strategists, analysts, front-end developers and account coordinators.

We are considering applicants for full-time, part-time and contract design positions to become an extension of our awesome team. Here some other traits we will look for in ideal applicants:
